2.1. You agree to use our products or services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
2.2. We only offer the hand painted artwork on the helmet, we are not responsible for any kind of technical or manufacturing issues on the helmet.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse our products or service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2.4. Each Artmet is unique and we do not make copies of any piece of Artmet from our side. Since each piece of Artmet is hand-painted, hence there might be resemblance but it cannot be an absolute copy of any other one.
2.5. Team Artmet does not accept customisation requests.
3.1. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or sell any products of Artmet or its part, without the prior written consent from Artmet.
3.2.The Artmet products are creative pieces of work based on imagination and inspiration. These are works of fiction and the product of the artist's imagination and used in a fictitious manner. Any resemblance to any other work of art or concept or actual events is purely coincidental.

5.1. Artmet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products or services.

6.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
7.1. Artmet reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.
